The Original Experience:
Our Tandoori dishes are prepared with the finest selection of chicken, lamb and fish available on the market. Our signature items are first marinated in an exotic blend of spices, then barbecued on skewers over charcoal in the traditional clay-based Tandoor oven at high temperatures (300°C / 600°F). A quick stove-top finish follows. This process ensures absolute succulence.
